These Terms of Service govern your use of the House of Lushella online store and purchases made from House of Lushella, operated by Lushella LLC. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store Use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Products and Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Our apparel is produced on demand by Printify and its print-provider network. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, garment material, and production method. Print placement and sizing may have minor variations that are normal for made-to-order printing.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colors, and availability accurate. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order when necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Orders and Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, violate these terms, or cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damaged items, lost packages, replacements, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual Property

The House of Lushella name, branding, original artwork, product designs, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Lushella LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Third-Party Services

The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify for ecommerce services and Printify and its print providers for production and fulfillment. Those services may process information or perform services necessary to complete orders, subject to applicable privacy terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. House of Lushella and Lushella LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from store use or product purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the store. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
