Shipping Policy

House of Lushella products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify and its network of print providers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products, quantity, shipping destination, and available delivery method.

Production Time

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or product availability disruptions. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated Shipping Time

• United States Economy: approximately 4–8 business days after production, when available.
• United States Standard: approximately 2–5 business days after production for most print providers.
• International Standard: approximately 10–30 business days after production.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier, customs, weather, and seasonal delays may occur.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the carrier receives the package. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

International Orders

International delivery is available where checkout accepts the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order enters production. Additional production or shipping charges may apply if an order must be replaced or reshipped because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery Problems
